St Hilliers has announced the appointment of Michael Degotardi as Manager of the company‚Äö?Ñ?¥s Victorian contracting operations. He replaces Bryan Moloney, who will continue to be part of St Hilliers Contracting Division‚Äö?Ñ?¥s Victorian management team in the role of Business Development Manager.¬¨‚Ƭ¨‚Ć Michael Degotardi has more than 20 years industry experience in New South Wales, Queensland and South Australia.¬¨‚Ƭ¨‚Ć He joined St Hilliers in 2000 and for the past three years has held a senior role in the Contracting Division with responsibility for the management of the NSW Fitout and Refurbishment Business Unit.¬¨‚Ć St Hilliers Executive Chairman, Tim Casey said:¬¨‚Ć ‚Äö?Ñ??The Victorian market continues to be extremely positive for St Hilliers.¬¨‚Ƭ¨‚Ć St Hilliers has approximately $100 million worth of work in hand in Victoria and our plan is to significantly grow this business over the next two years.‚Äö?Ñ?? St Hilliers commenced operations in Victoria in¬¨‚Ć2001 and established a significant presence in the market through the delivery of projects such as the $40 million redevelopment of the Melbourne GPO as a new retail precinct and the construction of a $34.5 million commercial building at Botanicca Corporate Park, Richmond, for the new head office of GE Money. St Hilliers current construction projects in Victoria include the $40 million University Hill Town Centre at Bundoora for MAB Corporation; the $32 million Kingsway hotel and office development at Glen Waverley for Accor Asia Pacific and Wilbow Corporation; the $30 million Site One commercial offices at Docklands; and Macquarie Bank‚Äö?Ñ?¥s $18 million Q2 Commercial building in the CBD.
