Major excavation complete. Internal structural works to commence October 2009.

Tower Block

Excavation complete and reinforced concrete structure construction commenced. Structure only completion expected at the end of 2010.

Tower crane is operational, lifting from both Cumberland Street (from within construction site) and Gloucester Street (from construction zone adjacent to the protection hoarding).

Minor traffic movements and noise from construction equipment is ongoing.

Excavation complete to all but the northern end.

Reinforced concrete structure construction commenced to southern and central portions. Structure only completion expected in mid 2010.
