St Hilliers launches new logo Print

The St Hilliers property and construction group today officially launched its new contemporary logo following a major refresh of the company’s brand.

St Hilliers Executive Chairman Tim Casey said:  “Last year we reached an important company milestone, 20 years in operation, and I felt it was important to mark the start of the company’s next phase of growth into the next decade with the launch of a refreshed company logo.”

“As well as being the visual interpretation of our company’s values and culture, the new logo also represents our business strategy to integrate the property and contracting businesses to work as one unit to service our clients and investors.”

Casey said the integration of property and construction services was best illustrated through the $300 million redevelopment of three public housing sites in Carlton for the Victorian Government, where St Hilliers is both an equity partner with Australand in the development as well as the contractor.  The Carlton project comprises approximately 800 apartments and will be delivered in seven stages over the next eight years.
The $40 million first stage of the development is currently under construction.

St Hilliers is also in a joint venture with Cbus Property to deliver a major residential development on a 4,500 square site, which it acquired from St Vincent’s Hospital in 2008 with concept plan approval for a medium density residential and commercial development. The site is currently occupied by the Caritas healthcare facility with vacant possession to be provided in September 2010.   The joint venture has received Development Approval for 110 apartments comprising a mix of one, two and three bedrooms as well as commercial retail space.  Marketing of the apartments will begin mid 2010 and St Hilliers is scheduled to commence construction of the development at the end of this year.

The rollout of St Hilliers new branding has commenced and will feature across all collateral of St Hilliers operations.
