Certificate of Design Excellence
ACT Government Sustainable Design Awards
St Hilliers achieved this award for the Gateway, the first stage of the Kingston Foreshore residential development, which not only met but exceeded requirements in many areas for sustainable design.

Commendation
Green Square 2002 Design Awards for Neighbourhood
St Hilliers received the award for incorporating 1700 square metres of public accessible space within the Mondrian residential development.

2000

Winner RICS Awards: Regeneration
This award was made to the Olympic Co-ordination Authority on behalf of the many firms who contributed to the construction of the Sydney 2000 Olympic site at Homebush Bay. St Hilliers was involved in the early construction of the Royal Agricultural Society's showground facilities.

High Commendation Award for Environmental Management
NSW Civil Contractors Federation Case Earth Awards The award was achieved for the rehabilitation of the 4.25 hectare redundant industrial site at Five Dock for the high quality Kings Bay residential development.
