St Hilliers Integrated Management System (IMS) aims to maximise the quality of our service to clients and to ensure key business objectives are achieved. The IMS incorporates management systems for Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety. These management systems have been certified to international and national standards and regularly undergo rigorous, independent audits to ensure compliance to standards and continuous improvement. Quality ManagementSt Hilliers Quality Management System is certified to ISO 9001 and provides a comprehensive framework designed to ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded. The management system ensures all stakeholder and regulatory requirements are identified, implemented and maintained during the construction of projects. EnvironmentalSt Hilliers Construction recognises the enormous challenge the community faces regarding environmental sustainability and is committed to implementing effective environmental practices into its day-to-day business processes. Employees are also encouraged to be proactive with regard to sustainable practice. Project staff utilise St Hilliers Construction's Environmental Management System, which is certified to ISO 14001, to implement site specific plans with suitable environmental controls and monitoring programs. Occupational Health and SafetySt Hilliers Construction accepts its responsibilities, as an employer and principal contractor, for the well being of employees and subcontractors and places the highest priority on maintaining a working environment that is safe. The company also believes it is incumbent on employees to take reasonable care for the health and safety of themselves and others. The implementation of St Hilliers Construction's OHS&R Management System, ensures compliance with the relevant legislation, codes and standards in each area of operation. The management system is certified to AS/NZS 4801. |
