The management systems, which have been developed and refined since their inception, are fully supported by management and have been certified to international and national standards. Rigorous, independent audits of the management systems are conducted regularly to ensure compliance to standards and continuous improvement.

Quality Management

St Hilliers Quality Management System is certified to ISO 9001 and provides a comprehensive framework designed to ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded. The management system ensures all stakeholder and regulatory requirements are identified, implemented and maintained during the construction of projects.

Environmental

St Hilliers Contracting recognises the enormous challenge the community faces regarding environmental sustainability and is committed to implementing effective environmental practices into its day-to-day business processes. Employees are also encouraged to be proactive with regard to sustainable practice.

Project staff utilise St Hilliers Contracting's Environmental Management System, which is certified to ISO 14001, to implement site specific plans with suitable environmental controls and monitoring programs.

Occupational Health and Safety

St Hilliers Contracting accepts its responsibilities, as an employer and principal contractor, for the well being of employees and subcontractors and places the highest priority on maintaining a working environment that is safe. The company also believes it is incumbent on employees to take reasonable care for the health and safety of themselves and others.

The implementation of St Hilliers Contracting's OHS&R Management System, ensures compliance with the relevant legislation, codes and standards in each area of operation. The management system is certified to AS/NZS 4801.
