The non-executive members are Stewart Wallis and John Faulkner; and executive members are Tim Casey, Executive Chairman; Mick Caddey, Chief Executive Officer; Jeff Jones, Director-Finance; Ralph Gagliano, Executive Director; and Joseph Cummings, General Counsel.
